Committed to the Pursuit of Trustworthy AI

Semantic Agent Discovery & Attribution Registry

SADAR(TM) is a project within the OpenSemantic portfolio. The project was founded to bridge thegap between abstract AI capabilities and concrete business operations and filling the transparency and trust gap across Agentic AI flows. Ourmission is to provide a vendor-neutral, standards-based framework for

  • The semantic disambiguation of data arguments and the discovery of AI Agents grounded in established industry protocols (including NIACS, APQC PCF, X12,HL7, and SWIFT)
  • Providing a trust anchor for agent identity
  • Standards for the exchange of identities in an immutable chain across the agent flow
  • Means of defining business processes using industry standards for agent planning, controls, and authorization context
  • Operational, Fiancial, Payment, Compliance, and Licensing NFRs as first-class discovery and control dimensions
  • Registry federation
  • Standardized security model

The SADAR specifications exist with and extend current A2A and MCP standards.

OpenSemantics.org operates under the stewardship of Cognita AI Inc., its founder and funder. Specifications published here are released under the Community Specification License 1.0, providing a royalty-free patent grant and a durable, open foundation for implementers and the broader standards community.
