Each entry - agent, tool, process, resource, entity, and registries - are defined using a publisher signed manfest. The manifest is the contract for the entry defining:
- Publisher
- Capabilities requested in name spaced industry terms
- Capabilities provided in name spaced industry terms
- Non-functional requirements in each role - requester and provider
- JWK for signature validation
- Authentication endpoint
